Enrolment.

Enrolment for 2022/’23 academic year is now open. If you have or know anyone interested in enrolling a child at our school please contact Rose on 052-6136349. An Admission Application Form (Form 1) will suffice for now. This is available on our website https://www.ballymacns.com under the Enrolment tab.

Money Collection.

Thanks to those who have already contributed this term. Just to clarify the Voluntary Contribution suggestion is €30 per family of one and €50 for two or more. We have given the choice of paying in full now or paying half now and the remainder in Feb 2022.

Absences.

Please keep us informed of any pupil absences by clicking on the Electronic Self Declaration link on the “Parent Info” section of our website.

Shoe Box Appeal.

As mentioned last week, we would love to get families on board with this venture. They will be collected from school during the first week in November. More information from Team Hope Website or indeed our own.

Maureen Wall RIP.

Today we said farewell to Maureen Wall of Knocknaree who was a bus driver at our school for many years. We extend our sympathy to all Maureen’s family; Maura, Valerie, Noreen, Catherine (R.I.P.) Tommy and Ollie, all of whom are past pupils of this school as well as the Sheehan grandchildren who have, or indeed still are attending our school.

Health Register.

We will forward our Health register to all families next week in an effort to update our database.

Halloween.

School will break on Friday 22^nd October at 2/3pm for Mid-Term. Children are encouraged to wear a costume on the day which doesn’t have to be specifically purchased for the occasion. Pupils will return to school on Monday 1^st November for 9:20 am.
