News Update – 27/01/2023

Dear Parent / Guardian / Colleague / Board Member,

Jubilee Concert – Well done to our pupils and staff who participated in and produced two excellent shows on Monday and Tuesday night. The sold-out shows were very warmly received by families and the community alike. It was our first stage production since 2019 and while it was a massive undertaking for staff, the pupils got untold enjoyment from rehearsing and producing the separate acts which combined to form our Jubilee Concert. It was dedicated to the memory of Aisling, Danny and Paul. Thanks to one and all again. Check our Facebook page for photos.

Catholic Schools Week – On Wednesday, we celebrated Grandparents’ Day during Catholic Schools Week. Fr Michael offered mass at Fourmilewater Church and afterwards many grandparents returned to our school for light refreshments and to visit their grandchildren in their place of work. Another very worthwhile exercise. More photos are posted on our Facebook page.

Grow in Love Mass. – Pupils from Rang 2, intent on making their First Holy Communion at FMW in May are asked be in attendance at FMW on Sunday 29th January for 9 am mass. Please follow any instructions given by Miss O’Keeffe or Mrs Coffey. The Nire family mass also takes place this weekend. (11am)
